An encapsulated crawl space with sealed vents and a vapor barrier can usually be sized as moderately damp, but low ceiling height and cold winter temperatures still change the math and the unit you need.

Why vented and encapsulated crawl spaces need different math

Ceiling height cuts the number down, not up
